Mary Ann Portugallo, Ellwood City tax collector, will open her office in the borough municipal building, 525 Lawrence Ave., from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays in June.
In July, the office will return to regular hours – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
