Pennsylvania America Water Company is scheduled to continue work this month within the borough.
Their tentative work schedule for the water company is below.
Tuesday, May 10 to Thursday, May 19 — Hazel Avenue from College Street to Smiley Street.
Thursday, May 12 to Thursday, May 19 — Glenn Avenue from Fifth to Sixth Streets, Locust Way, Glenn Avenue to Buckeye Way, and Buckeye Way from Locust Way to Sixth Street.
Friday, May 20 to Saturday, May 28 — First Avenue from Gregg Street to North Street, Gregg Street from Wampum Avenue to First Street, Clover Avenue from Gregg Street to Cedar Street.
The schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, unforeseen gas, storm or sanitary lines, etc.).
I hope the streets are returned to normal this time. Work on Glen Ave. was completed last fall, and the street still looks like they were testing land mines!
