Mary A. Cilli, 87, of New Beaver Boro, passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, April 18, 2016.
Born December 25, 1928 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Anna Shultz Caimano. She was married for over 50 years to Alfred G. Cilli who passed away March 11, 2002.
Mary was a homemaker who loved her six children. She was a member of the former St. Monica Catholic Church in Wampum. She enjoyed cooking and baking, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Survivors include six children, Gabriel P. (Karen) Cilli of Wampum, Laura A. (Nick) Tropea of New Castle, Marianne (Scott) Whipkey of Enon Valley, Patsy (Lisa) Cilli of New Galilee, Dino Cilli of Pulaski, Marc (Leslie) Cilli of New Castle; brother, Paul Caimano of New Castle; twelve grandchildren; and three great grandsons.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Sam, Tony, and John Caimano; one sister, Josephine Messina; and a great granddaughter, Quinn Nicole Dess..
Visiting hours will be held Thursday April 21 from 5-8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
