The 23rd Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt is this Saturday, March 23. The event will be held in the tennis court area of Ewing Park and starts at 11 a.m. All children 9 and under are welcome.
Over 5,000 eggs along with 25 golden eggs will be distributed throughout the five hunts. Treats will be given out to each child after their hunts.
Hunt Schedule:
The first hunt begins at 11 and parents are not permitted into the hunt area for the following age groups:
- 1st hunt 5-6 girls
- 2nd hunt 5-6 boys
- 3rd hunt 7-9 girls
- 4th hunt 7-9 boys
The 4 and under hunt starts at 11 a.m. and runs till the end of the fourth hunt. Parents are permitted into this age group.
Scheduled Activities:
All activities are weather permitting. A small fee may apply to some of the activities.
- face painting
- balloon art
- a bounce house
- new this year- a selfie booth
Hoppy the Easter Bunny will be on hand along with one of his special buddies. There will also be super heroes and princesses.
In case of inclement weather, treats will be handed out at the entertainment stage in the park.
A Medevac Ambulance will be on hand.
All prizes must be claimed by 1 p.m. on March 19. The Egg Hunt Committee is not responsible for any unclaimed prizes. The Egg hunt committee is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage items.
