On Tuesday, Mayor Court presented to Patty Kuhn, owner of Posies by Patty, with the final 2015 “Holiday Merchant Awards” for the beautiful Holiday Window display at her business. Patty received a window display award sign and a gift certificate from a local restaurant.
Mayor Court would like to thank everyone who participated in making this annual event such a success. He wishes all the Ellwood City residents and businesses a Happy Holiday Season and a very healthy and prosperous New Year for 2016.
