As the Ellwood City Relay For Life starts its 2016 year, we are in search of individuals that are outstanding in working with the community to lead our committee to greater rewards than in years past. Even if you have just a few moments in your busy schedule, we could use your guidance and knowledge. Openings are in the areas of Chairperson, Sponsorship, Team recruitment, Chinese Auction, Logistics and Survivors. You are invited to join us at our committee meetings to learn more about these openings and other places your service can be helpful contact. Please come to the Wellness Center at 6 p.m. so we can look forward to Relay 2016. Come if you want to know what Relay For Life is all about and help us move forward to the upcoming year. We are searching for new ideas to help bring more awareness to the community and welcome your thoughts. We are going to be involved in the Dec. 4 Ellwood Light Up Night and the Christmas in the Park and are looking for tree decoration ideas. Ellwood City Hospital Basket Raffle
Monday, Nov. 30 – Friday, Dec. 4, 2015
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Drawing Friday at 1 p.m.
Come to the Hospital Cafeteria Dining Room down in the basement to do your early Christmas shopping by browsing the beautiful basket from groups who donated time to create them. If you haven’t attended the other basket raffles you have missed out on some fantastic baskets of all shapes, sizes and contents. Hospital groups who would like to donate contact Rhonda Pintur @ 26758. Other groups who would like to donate contact Rhonda at 412-974-2303. All baskets must be in the cafeteria by Friday, Nov. 27 at 7 a.m.
Drawing will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4. Winners need not be present to win. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society and Ellwood City Relay For Life.
Come to the hospital cafeteria dining room to get into the Christmas spirit by selecting some of the baskets with monies going to a great cause.
