David J. Nocera, 58, of North Tower Rd., Fombell (Franklin Twp.) passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 14, 2017 at his residence due to a ruptured aneurysm. Born March 18, 1959 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Joseph Nocera of Ellwood City and the late Katie Pistacchio Nocera. He was married on November 27, 1993 to Julie Householder Nocera who survives. Dave graduated from Lincoln High School in 1977. Ronald R. Stelter, 83, of West Pittsburg passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a brief illness. Born December 16, 1933 in Shenango Twp, he was the son of the late Fred D. and Virginia Bowden Stelter. He was married for 56 years to Rita R. Atkinson Stelter who passed away December 1, 2010. Born May 9, 1926 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late John and Elsie A. Cunningham Grinnen. She was married for 73 years to Walter R. Glenn E. Armstrong, 56, of New Beaver Boro passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a year and half courageous battle with cancer. Michael Parks, 49, of Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Golden Hill Nursing Center following a courageous two year battle with cancer.
