Misty B. McKim, 33, of Franklin Ave, New Castle passed away Monday, May 1, 2017 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. Born January 22, 1984 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Clair McKim and Lori Schoettker. Misty enjoyed skating and going to the movies. She also loved to shop and paint. Joan M. Brommer, 70, of Meadville (formerly of New Castle) passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at the Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio following an illness. Born December 29, 1946 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Margaret Jeanette Scott Porada. She was married on June 24, 1978 to Donald E. Brommer who passed away April 26, 2016. Nancy L. Latcheran, 67, of Graham Ave., West Pittsburg passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Allegheny General Hospital following a brief  illness.
