Photos:
EllwoodCity.org is a family website that chooses to showcase our community in enriching and heartening manner.  EllwoodCity.org allows our users to download and copy pictures posted on any of our pages for personal use.  Additionally, user understands that he or she shall not use EllwoodCity.org's photo property in anyway that infringes copyright issues.  Photos may not be downloaded and sold to third parties or used by a user in any advertising manner.  Photos are only to be used in a non-commercial fashion.

Many of our photos are taken by freelance EllwoodCity.org photographers.  As a subject who may appear in a picture posted on this website, user understands EllwoodCity.org owns full rights to the picture and understands he or she will receive no royalties as a result of the picture.

EllwoodCity.org will not use photos in any defamatory or offensive nature and assumes user will not use photos for any such purpose as well.

Ellwood City.org and its staff have not set out to limit people's freedom of speech or discussion, but strive to keep the comments on relevant topics, productive, and inclusive for all visitors.  EllwoodCity.org wants all our users to enjoy using and reading our forums.  Submission of proper, community related topics are essential in keeping the forum populated.  Although in understanding people's right to freedom of speech and ability to voice opinion, submitted comments may not be posted without prior warning, notice, or explanation, at the sole discretion of Moderator.

-Comments concerning sensitive subjects such as religion, politics, or ethics or comments including personal information may be sensitively moderated if determined responses will become out of hand.

-Any comments that use strong language or name-calling will not be tolerated.  Discretion will rest with Moderator

-Posting comments that severely disrupt ongoing discussion topic will not be tolerated

-Personal attacks on other visitors or forum posters will not be tolerated.  Please keep your comments and opinions on the general idea or topic instead of insulting one another

-An open-ended comment that may bait other to respond in a negative manner is considered trolling and will not be tolerated

If you are dissatisfied with any EllwoodCity.org material or terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.

Termination:
This agreement is effective until terminated by EllwoodCity.org at any time without notice.
