Four RBI Day for Magill Leads Wolverines Past Freedom Area

Wolverines defeated Freedom Area 16-1 on Tuesday thanks in part to Brooklyn Magill, who drove in four runners. Magill drove in runs on a single in the second, a single in the fourth, and a single in the fifth. Wolverines collected 16 hits. Brooklyn Magill, Eisabela Miller, Zoe Kalantzis, Anna Ferrucci, and Reagan Mittler each collected multiple hits for Wolverines. Miller and Magill. Ellwood City Track Teams Fall To Beaver

The Ellwood City boys and girls track teams were defeated by Beaver Area Friday afternoon.  For the girls, a strong showing in the 100m was put together by the trio of Avory Elchison, Mia DeCaria, and Alena Battaglia who swept the event for the Wolverines.  DeCaria also took first place in the high jump and long jump to spur the Wolverines.
