Those who drive near the Beaver River Bridge Replacement Project are beginning to notice that construction of the new bridge over the Beaver River is now underway. The contractor is currently constructing new abutment footings and drilled shafts, pier footings and columns. Additionally, earthwork and drainage work continues to allow for the wider road and the new interchange ramps being constructed. Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that high school students from around the state are invited to participate in the seventh annual PennDOT Innovations Challenge, which encourages students to use their problem-solving, creative and strategic-thinking abilities to solve real-world transportation challenges in a competition among their peers. Hard to Read License Plate Event Scheduled To Help With Free Replacements

HARRISBURG – Rep. Aaron Bernstine (R-Butler/Lawrence) will be hosting a Hard to Read License Plate event to help constituents with free replacement of license plates that have become difficult to read. Route 351 Paving Begins Next Week in Lawrence, Beaver Counties

Pittsburgh – PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Route 351 in North Sewickley Township, Beaver County and Wayne Township, Lawrence County will begin Monday, July 31 weather permitting. Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing improvement work on the Route 65 bridge over Route 422 (US 422/Benjamin Franklin Highway) in Shenango Township, Lawrence County will begin Monday, March 27 weather permitting.
