According to a criminal complaint, officers responded to a call in Wampum from a juvenuile saying that the man she and her friend were hanging out wih exposed himself. The juvenile who made the call related she left the scene due to the inappropriate and unwanted behavior of Hill. The following are police criminal complaints filed at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Lawrence County office of Honorable Jerry G. Cartwright. According to a complaint, on December 13, at 9:16 p.m. police responded to a call claiming a victim’s ex-boyfriend was at the front door of their residence in Perry Township. Shaquone Lockett, 23, of Ellwood City, was claimed to be threatening the victim with a silver pistol while they held their child. Several Ellwood residents are facing charges after separate domestic dispute cases were reported this month: Steven Glen Ramsey, 32, of Ellwood City, is facing charges of prohibited acts, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after he had gotten into a physical argument with his girlfriend. The argument escalated when Ramsey pulled out a knife and held it to her throat, telling her that she needed to tell the truth or one of them was going to die. Travis Ford Bates, 26, of River Road, is facing charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after an incident late last month. According to the criminal complaint, Bates was accused by his mother and her boyfriend of attempted assault with a knife after an argument about money. The mother stated that Bates had entered her bedroom while she was lying in bed and started yelling and making advances towards the couple with the knife. Fombell Man Eludes Officers in High Speed Chase Ryan Patrick Kelosky, 24, of Fombell, is facing charges of fleeing an officer and reckless driving after an incident occurred late last month. According to the criminal complaint, officers observed Kelosky stop at a green light then peel out at the intersection of Fountain Avenue and Second Street. Ellwood City Man Facing Felony Theft Charges James Allen Sawyers, 26, of Ellwood City, is facing one felony count of theft by unlawful taking and one felony count of receiving stolen property after stealing a jewelry box full of miscellaneous jewelry from a local household. Several Pounds of Marijuana Seized According to the criminal complaint, after being stopped for a turn signal violation, Dwight Andre Campbell, 45, of Altoona, Pa., appeared to be extremely nervous – he was sweating excessively and his hands were visibly shaking. The officer detected a strong odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle. Charles Ray Murray, 38, of Ellwood City, is facing charges after leaving four young children at home without any adult supervision while he went out to play cards. According to the criminal complaint, police were called to Murray’s Crescent Avenue residence by the biological mother of his children after she was talked to their 11-year-old over the phone who stated they were unsupervised in the residence. Woman Facing Charges After Spending Thousands on Stolen Credit Card

According to the criminal complaint, Linda Marie Thompson, 34 of Valencia, PA., will be facing two counts of a felony charge of unauthorized use of a credit card. The victim went to the Ellwood City Police Department to report the fraud, stating that Thompson had taken two of his credit cards without his permission and charged large amounts on both cards. One card had a charge balance of $4815.90 and the second had a charge balance of $6995.05.

16 Pounds of Marijuana Seized in Little Beaver Township According to the criminal complaint, Kevin Walter Davenport, 25, of Redford Township, Michigan, will be facing a felony and misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana with intent to sell after a traffic stop on September 19. An officer conducted a traffic stop with Davenport’s vehicle around 9a.m. near Little Beaver Township for a turn signal violation.
