Avoid Fines by Following Borough Anti-Tethering Rules
Borough Manager Bob Villella reminds residents of the borough to be mindful of the anti-tethering rules especially in this bitter cold weather: TETHERING OF DOGS; KEEPING OF DOGS OUTDOORS.
