Festival entertainment scheduled released Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:40 AM - The entertainment schedule for the 30th annual Ellwood City Arts, Crafts, and Food Festival has been released for the 2010 event during the 4th of July weekend. Some seats will be available, but to ensure you can sit down and enjoy the numerous entertainers, bring your own lawn chair and stay all day. On Friday, July 2, the following entertainment will be featured: • 9 a.m. – Raising of the American Flag by the American Legion Post #157 and National Anthem by Nikita Falen • Noon to 1 p.m. – Play Mas Steel Drum Band • 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Wine & Spirit band • 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Maddie Bell • 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Krista Solars (Fiddle player) • 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Dance Expressions Dancers • 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Castle Country Cloggers • 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. – B.E. Taylor On Saturday, July 3, more entertainment will be provided by the following: • 9 a.m. – Raising of the American Flag by the American Legion Post #157 and National Anthem by Jennifer Lowry • Noon to 1 p.m. – North Pittsburgh Harmony Chorus • 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Pittsburgh Banjo Club • 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Ellwood City Civic Chorale • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Youngstown Community Band • 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Allegheny Drifters • 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – The Swingin’ Bop Cats Big Band • 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. – Traveling Shoes – Cloggers During the final day of the festival, Sunday, July 4, the following talents will be performing: • 9 a.m. – Raising of the American Flag by the American Legion Post #157 and National Anthem by Cierra Vandevort • Noon to 1 p.m. – Studio P Dancers • 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – GSA Band • 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. – The Holidays, Pittsburgh show group • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Super Praise Band • 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. – 2nd Avenue Project Band • 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – Generation II • 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. – Gary & The Moondogs As the annual Ellwood City Arts, Crafts, and Food Festival typically ends, a firework display will commence at 10:15 p.m. after Gary & The Moondogs perform.
