Rev. Ray Medina, pastor of the Bell Memorial Presbyterian Church, 610 Line Avenue, will speak this Sunday during the Morning worship service at 11 AM.

Next Monday, May 1st, the Deacons and Session will have their joint meeting at 6:30pm.  Deacons will meet prior to that at 6pm.  Property & Finance will also meet at 6pm.


Copies of Having Our Say, The Delany Sisters’ First 100 Years are available in the narthex for $4.  “Two extraordinary women tell their stories of a century of American history, and of family, love, and living ‘forever.’” We will meet for discussion on May 21 after worship.


The Carpenter’s Project is now accepting requests from homeowners.  Homeowners may call Marsha Timblin (724-651-8776) or Steven Miller (724-201-0295.)  Have you thought about volunteering with The Carpenter’s Project during the July 10-14 work week? Work forms are available in the church office.

Next Sunday, April 30th – The Deacon’s would appreciate help to bring out the Rummage Sale items from the classroom following the worship service.

The Annual Rummage Sale will be May 5th and 6th. The downstairs classroom is ready for Rummage Sale items and the barrels are out. The items for sale need to be clean and in good condition. NO TV’s or electronic items will be accepted. Donations for the lunch counter are needed. A signup list is in the narthex. Thanks in advance for your assistance! Also, please get ready and start baking your favorites for our “Special” Sale table. People always look forward to purchasing these bake sale goodies.

Our annual Mother & Daughter Banquet will be on Sunday, May 7 at 5:00 p.m. We are changing things up this year and are requesting families bring tureens, salads and desserts to share. We are also requesting a $2 donation per person (those under age 5 are free) to cover the cost of meat and bread. Please see Cindy Rosaci to make reservations.

Graduate Luncheon – May 21, 2017. Everyone is invited to honor the graduates. Lunch will be provided. This year’s honorees are graduating from high school – Taylor Petrak and graduating from college – Logan Petrak and Nicholas Vercilla.

Vacation Bible School will be held here beginning Sunday, June 11 through Thursday June 15, 2017, 6:00 to 8:00 pm. We still need help please call Patti Phillippi at 724-971-1236 for more information.

July 16th immediately following the morning worship service there will be a Bike Hike at Moraine State Park. Lunch will be at the park. Please let Patti Phillippi or Susan Sommers know if you are coming so we will know when everyone has arrived.
