Mrs. Rough was born in Ellwood City on February 28th, 1949 to the late Jerome and Elnora “Peggy” (Woods) Jinar. She had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1967. Following high school Denine served with the United States Navy. She had worked at the McGuire Memorial Home as a nurses aid and later as a teachers aid at the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit. Mr. Raymond G. Bollinger, 77, of Franklin Township passed away on Friday, January 28th, 2022 at his residence. Mr. Bollinger was born in Slippery Rock on July 4th, 1944 to the late Carl M. and Marian R. (Clyde) Bollinger.
