Patricia L. Ritter, 76, of Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 at the Butler Memorial Hospital. Patricia was born in Guthrie, OK on March 6th, 1946 to the late Fred J. and Ruby E. (Yohe) Couts. She had worked as a waitress at the former Demas Restaurant in Ellwood City and at Christy’s Restaurant in Franklin Twp. for over 30 years. Patty was a passionate Elvis Presley fan. Gerald R. “Jerry” Hulick, 60, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, July 21st, 2022 in Beaver, Pa. Gerald was born to the late Raymond and Janna (Shaffer) Hulick on August 25th, 1961 in Ellwood City. He had graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1979. Jerry worked as a self employed handyman and real estate investor/landlord. Mr. Paul R. Plavecsky, Sr., 95 passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, July 22nd, 2022, at his home in Ellwood City, PA. Paul was born in Jennerstown, PA on June 29th, 1927 to the late Joseph and Anna Hrabosky Plavecsky. He attended Lincoln High School until he left to serve in the U.S. Army Signal Corps during World War II where he decrypted enemy messages from 1945 until 1946. David Carl Tammaro, 69, of Waynesboro, went home to be with the Lord on Friday July 8, 2022. He was born on August 5, 1952, in Ellwood City, PA, to the late Phillip Anthony Tammaro, SR, and Mary Pishioneri Tammaro. David faithfully served as a member of the US Army from 1972 until 1974.
