Michael Milnes, of Ellwood City, passed away on Thursday February 29, 2024 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. For those who knew him, he lived his life curious, adventurous, brave, funny, hard-working, passionate, generous, and loving. While employed by the YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee in Fombell, he organized many projects including hayrides for ARC and the Blind Association, construction projects for the Navy Seabees, and many other organizations across PA. Tammy S. Ritter, 63, of Ellport, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Born in Ellwood City on March 29, 1960, Tammy was the daughter of the late George and Matilda Seaburn Yhelka.  She is survived by her husband, Joseph E. Ritter whom she married on April 8, 1978.  She was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church and a former member of its Christian Mothers.  She enjoyed playing bingo but mostly enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. David Andrew Hulick, 38, went home to be with our Lord on Friday, February 23, 2024 in Carthage, North Carolina. Mr. James N. Higgins, 87, of Fombell passed away on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Higgins was born on November 10th, 1936 in Ellwood City to the late Earl and Dorothy (Skewis) Higgins. Joshua M. Wymer, 39, formerly of Ellport and Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 at Continuing Health Care of Niles in Niles, Ohio following an extended illness.
