Shirley Ann Baird, 72, of North Sewickley Township passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at her residence. Born July 4, 1949 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Mary Jane Reynolds Bush. She was married to Charlie Baird until his passing on November 28, 2015. Shirley first worked at her mothers restaurant “Janie’s Cafe”, then at the Ellwood City Knitting Mill for many years until they closed. She also cleaned many houses and offices. Born May 31, 1935 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Albert “Red” and Mary Zak Sokoloski. David was a graduate of Lincoln High School. He served in the Army and was stationed in Panama. Lois Marjorie Hayes, the daughter of the late Ellis and Evelyn Chambers Allen, passed away on December 21, 2021 surrounded by her family. Lois was a full-time homemaker. She is most known for her sense of humor and ability to make the most of any situation. Lois lived her life to the fullest. In her earlier years she liked to fish, was an avid bowler, enjoyed her summer vacations in Canada and liked listening to country music.
