Grand Finale Salon on 301 North St. is now open for business under owner Maria Perrotta.
Perrotta has 38 years experience working in a hair salon and decided to take the next step and own her own salon. The business is dedicated to her late brother who always wanted Perrotta to start a business. She works with one employee, Julie Yoho.
The salon strives to provide a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and offers waxings, cuts, color, perms and sets.
Perrotta is originally from Italy, having immigrated with her family from a small town near Naples when she was eight. She visits family in Italy regularly. Coincidentally, her husband is also from Italy.
Grand Finale is open Monday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Friday from 9 to 4, and Saturday from 9 to 1. They are closed Sunday and Wednesday. For more information, call 724-674-1005.
