David L. Biddle, 73, of North Sewickley Twp. passed away on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015 in his residence with his loving family at his bedside.
Mr. Biddle was born on Aug. 29, 1942 in Ellwood City to the late Galen Biddle, Sr. and Hazel Alben Biddle. Dave had worked for over thirty years as a heavy equipment mechanic for the Eichley Corp. in Pittsburgh. He also was the owner and operator of D&P Sales where he made customized caps and campers for pickup trucks. Dave enjoyed hunting, fishing, being at his camp in Pymatuning, and most of all spending time with his family.
Mr. Biddle is survived by his wife Carlyn Freed Biddle whom he married on Dec. 20, 1962, his daughter, Lori (Robert) Biddle-Brendt of North Sewickley Twp., his son, David (Theresa) Biddle of Portersville, and his nine grandchildren, Michelle, Nikki, Taylor, David, Hunter, Amanda, Kaleb, Vinny, and Brian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his three brothers, Chuck Biddle, Galen Biddle, Jr., and Paul Biddle. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services. Services for Mr. Biddle will be held on Wednesday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. with Pastor Gary Hilton officiating.
