This clinic is for male and female cats by appointment only (sorry no dogs). Your female cat WILL receive a green abdominal tattoo. This is NOT optional.

Payment is CASH ONLY AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. Come around to the glass front doors for drop-off and pick-up. Call to schedule your appointment so that we can add you to the schedule. We will need to know your name, how many cats you would like to bring and whether they are male or female. Paperwork is filled out the day of the clinic at check-in.

Please give no food after midnight the night before surgery. If your cat receives food, there is a high risk of vomiting during surgery. If your cat vomits during or after surgery, it may breath vomit into his or her lungs which can result in death. It is extremely important that you do not feed your cat before surgery. You are risking their lives.

Drop off is between 9 AM and 10 AM. We will call you when your cat is awake enough to go home. A large number of cats typically come to our clinic so we may not call until after lunchtime, dinner time or perhaps later. This all depends on the order in which your cat received surgery and how long it takes them to wake up.

Please bring your cat in a secure hard carrier (nothing mesh). Please LABEL your carrier with your name and a phone number that we can reach you the day of surgery. In the event that we cannot reach you, our veterinarian will act in the best interests of your cat. If you do not have your cat in a secure carrier, please leave the cat inside your car, come inside and we will assist you in safely bringing your cat into the building.

We are VERY busy the day of the clinic and have a limited group of volunteers to help with our clinics. PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO CHECK ON YOUR CAT as it takes away from the care we need to give to all the other cats on surgery day, possibly even your own. If there any concerns with your cat we will call you right away.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO PICK UP YOUR CAT UNTIL WE CALL YOU AND LET YOU KNOW THAT HE OR SHE IS READY TO GO HOME. Again, this takes our staff away from animals currently in surgery. Be considerate of other people’s pets and allow us to complete their surgical procedures without interruptions.
