Beaver Falls Man Facing Rape Charges Walks Free After Posting Bond

Richard Holewski Jr., 48, of 3913 College Ave., Beaver Falls, who appears to be a family man on social media, is facing charges of rape, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault and corruption of minors, after police said he sexually assaulted a child over the course of about 13 years.

According to reports, Holewski’s assault streak started when the girl was only 7 years old, lasting into the victim’s adult years and escalating when she was in her teens. Holewski was able to rape the victim in her North Sewickley home while her parents were away.

The most recent assault occurred when the victim was 20 and the victim’s parents reported the assaults in October 2017 after they learned what had happened.

Holewski was formally charged on Jan. 18 and is free after posing a $50,000 bond.

In a separate case where the charges were dropped in 2013, Holeski was facing indecent assault and corruption of a minor charges after an 11-year-old girl reported Holewski had improper contact with her in a New Brighton home.

  1. Who does this guy know? A repeat child RAPIST and ABUSER and he gets bail set at 50,000??? He should never get out period. What the he11 is wrong with our justice system?
