Lincoln High School Cuts Costs, No More Paper Report Cards

In an attempt to cut thousands in costs, the Ellwood City School Board has decided to stop giving out paper report cards at Lincoln High School, effective with the latest nine-weeks grading period.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to instead view their child’s grades through the online platform that is already in place; those without access to the internet or who prefer the paper reports can make individual requests to the school to continue receiving hard copies.

This decision will not affect the lower grades and high school students who fail a course will receive a mailing from the guidance office.

The school will be sending out a call notification to parents and guardians to remind them to check the Parent Portal at the end of each grading period.
