Nancy N. Rugh, 84

Mrs. Nancy N. Rugh, 84, of Shenango Twp. passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017 in her residence.

Mrs. Rugh was born on August 18, 1933 in Ellwood City to the late Vincent and Sophie Blaskowitz Zduniak. Nancy had worked at the Ellwood City Knitting mill as a seamstress, Eppinger’s Restaurant as a cook, and Mine Safety in Wampum.

She is survived by her daughter Carol (Frank) Ritorto of Ellport, her sons John (Kathy) Rugh of Perry Twp. and Tom (Kim) Rugh of West Sunbury, her grandchildren Ashley Rugh, Courtney Rugh, Michael Ritorto, Frank Ritorto, Gabriel Rugh, Thomas Rugh, and Bailey Rugh, and her great grandchildren Liliana Henderson, Monroe Ritorto, and Rocco Ritorto. She is also survived by her sisters Dorothy Myers of Ellwood City, and Catherine Cassalandra of Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas A. Rugh whom she married on June 12, 1953, her sisters Helen Zduniak and Irene Burnsides, and her brothers Thomas and Joseph Zduniak.

As per Nancy’s wishes there will not be a public visitation or service. A private burial will take place at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Perry Twp.. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services.
