Corona D’Italia Lodge #807 Monthly Meeting

Corona D’Italia Lodge #807held their monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 8 at 5p.m. at Pizza Joe’s. President Clemmy Sirimarco, hosted the pizza luncheon served by Guard Lois DiFrishia, Secretary Jackie Perno and Historian Mary Jane Folino.

Trustee Patty Regna voiced a commemorative prayer for all living and deceased sister lodge members and all of our military personnel.

The business session followed with financial reports by Treasurer Louise Vitullo. She reminded that all dues for the 2017 year must be paid by December 31. Secretarial reports were given by Perno and she requests that questions or changed in member’s benefits be addressed to her. Orator Valerie Valentino, serving as Co-Chairman for the Lodge 100th Anniversary dinner, to be held on Saturday the second at the Sons of Italy Memorial Hall at 2p.m, presented an update on behalf of Chairman Ann Butchelli,Reservation forms have been mailed to all members and their return with payments are due by November 20. The dinner is open to all members, guests, perspective members and interested persons. Reservations forms may be obtained by contacting Valentino or Clemmy Sirimarco. Valentiono made additional committee assignments for Anita Chaffin and Margaret Cancelli. Open Discussion followed and the business session was closed with Valentino’s provision of chocolate favors to all present.

Emcee Mary Quintanilla and Valentino conducted the social that followed. The dinner will be the December meeting and the next business meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 10 at 5p.m. at Pizza Joe’s, weather permitting.
