Prom is right around the corner and unfortunately many high school girls miss out on the once in a lifetime experience because of finances, and that’s why Prom Dreams in New Castle is hosting their 3rd annual free prom dress giveaway.
Local girls who are in need of a prom dress are invited to the event, taking place at Feed My Sheep on Long Ave. in New Castle on March 25th.
