Criminal Complaint: Wampum Storage Unit Theft

According to the criminal complaint on Jan. 22 a Pennsylvania State Trooper was dispatched to the Mini Storage Units located at 941 Clyde Street in Wampum Borough, in reference to four units being broken into.

Upon arrival the officer determined the locks were cut on all four units; surveillance photos of the suspect and the car he was driving was provided, allowing further investigation to reveal the suspect as Corey D. Rayl, 43, of Beaver Falls, PA.

The estimated amount of stolen goods equals $1809.00 and Rayl will be facing felony charges of criminal trespass and entering unattended property, misdemeanor charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and two charges of criminal mischief and driving while operating privilege is suspended.
