Mrs. Lori S. Hulick, 54, of Wayne Twp. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in her residence.
Lori was born on May 6, 1962 in Ellwood City to the late Anthony and Betty J. Rutter DeFonde. She is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1980, and also graduated from Computer Tech. in Pittsburgh. She worked as a stay at home mom where she helped run her families rental property business. She attended the Orchard Hill Church in Wexford, and her greatest joy was baking cookies for and spending time with her granddaughter Charlee.
She is survived by her husband Gerald “Jerry” R. Hulick whom she married on November 26, 1983, her daughters, Cassie Hulick of Ellwood City, and Jamie Hulick and her husband Steve Ambroziak of Ellwood City, her granddaughter, Charlee Gutierrez, her sisters, Sondra Annarumo of Ellwood City, Lana (Michael) Pandos of Wayne Twp., Jacqueline (Walter) Betke of Beaver Falls, and Brenda (Jimmy) Spielvogle of Wayne Twp., her brother, Robert “Bobby” (Karen) DeFonde of Ellwood City, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Anthony “Danny” DeFonde.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and on Saturday from 10-11 am in the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services. A Service for Lori will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Michael Charles officiating. Interment will follow at the Locust Grove Cemetery.
