Judith A. Wise, 72

Judith  A.  Wise, 72, of  Camp Allegheny Road,  Ellwood City, (Wayne Township),  passed away suddenly  and unexpectedly  on Wednesday evening, February 1, and went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in the Ellwood City Hospital.

She was born in Ellwood City  on  November 15 1944  to the late  Henry and Nina  Gongaware Wilson.

She graduated from  Lincoln High School, and also graduated from the Beaver Falls Beauty Academy.

She was a member of the Berean Presbyterian Church in Wayne Township.

For over  41 years, she has worked for Ellwood City Transit Co. as a school bus driver and as a dispatcher.

Judy loved to sew. She loved gardening, her chickens, and her dogs.  She also enjoyed attending horse shows to cheer on her grandchildren in show riding.

She is survived by her loving husband of  55  years, Paul   Wise, and  also by  one son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Gina Wise of Ellwood City.  Two grandchildren, Emma and Nicholas Wise, also survive, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Several brothers and sisters also survive:  Ruth Graham, Florence Copper, Raymond Wilson, Mary Ann Minteer, Paul Wilson, Helen and John Wiley, Nina and Robert Wiley, George Wilson, Sandy Hemphill, and Loine Wilson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Clair James.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Judy’s Life memorial service at the Berean Presbyterian Church in Wayne Township   at  3:00  P.M. on  Saturday , February   4 , 2017, conducted by the Rev. Bruce Gardner, her pastor.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Berean Presbyterian Church, 229 Dutch Ridge Road, Ellwood City PA 16117.
