“We had a great turnout and 57 lives were saved. Mayor Court and Joshua Lamancusa came to support Richard and also made a donation, and Dominoes Pizza donated pizza for the blood drive… We (Richard’s family) are very grateful for the support -keeping Richard’s memory alive by giving the gift of  life,” Murdock appreciated.

After her sons unexpected passing, Murdock decided to host yearly blood drives to help her cope with the loss of her son. Since her first blood drive a few years ago, nearly 200 lives have been saved.

If you were unable to attend this blood drive, Murdock plans on scheduling more in the new year. Stay tuned for updates.
