Terry E. Wisbith, 69

Terry E Wisbith, 69, of Od Route 18, Wampum died Monday, September 5, 2016 at the VMC – Oakland Hospital following a brief illness.

Born June 11, 1947 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Edward and Mary L. Petruchik Wisbith. He was married for 45 years to Jeanette Sellers Wisbith who survives.

Terry graduated from Lincoln High School in 1965. He served in the Navy as a Machinist Mate 3rd Class aboard the USS Sampson from 1966-1970. He was employed at various industries, including Matthew Conveyor, Russell Trucking, Airway Industries, and the Ellwood City Hospital. Terry was an avid outdoorsman who loved nature, gardening, both flower and vegetable. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Sports Fan. He enjoyed reading the Bible. Myrtle Beach held a special place in his heart.

In addition to his wife, Jeanette, survivors include two sons, Eric A. Wisbith of Wampum, Terry “Kirt” (Sarah Hower) Wisbith of Schwenksville, PA; sisters, Shelly (Randy) Patterson of Wampum; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by preceded in death by parents and a twin brother, Jerry E. Wisbith

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday September 7, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 am with Rev. Eric Board of the First Baptist Church in Chewton officiating. Military rites will be offered by the Veterans Honor Guard. Interment will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
