Memorial Day Parade Schedule and Route

On Monday, May 30 Ellwood City will honor the men and women that died in military service for the United States of America with a community parade, ceremony and picnic.

The parade will start at 10 a.m. on the Veterans Memorial Bridge with a brief tribute to those who died at sea. Dr. Robert Gregg, a World War II Army Veteran, will be the Parade Marshal. Gregg was a battalion master sergeant and combat engineer in Germany.

The parade will conclude on Spring Avenue and be immediately followed by a ceremony at Legion Park.

After the ceremony, everyone is invited to Circle Playground for a community picnic. There will be free hot dogs, snacks and drinks.

Parade Route: Fifth Street, Right on Crescent Avenue, Right on Eight Street, Right on Lawrence Avenue, Left on Fifth Street, Right on Spring Avenue
