Dale “Fred” Tomb, Jr., 64 of Portersville passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, April 7, 2016.
Born in Indiana, Pa. on Dec. 20, 1951, Fred was the son of the late Dale F. and Sara Miller Tomb. He is survived by his wife, the former Linda J. Pistorius whom he married on Nov. 21, 1998. Fred worked as a salesman for LKQ Auto Parts in New Kensington. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman.
Besides his wife, Fred is survived by three daughters, Rebeka Tomb of New Castle, Megan Alexander and Mollie Alexander both of Atlanta, a step-son, Michael (Laura) Vincent of Pittsburgh, and two grandchildren, Taylor and Bently Tomb.
Besides his parents, Fred was preceded in death by a son, Dale F. Tomb, III and a sister, Cyndee Mackal.
There will be a Memorial Service at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory.
