Photos: St. Agatha is No More

Wednesday morning, a few walls of St. Agatha were standing but by 11 a.m., only rubble remained as the final upright structures were demolished. The gallery below shows the staircase still intact.

Construction has begun on a pit, presumably for the foundation of CVS. According to the design plans, much of the land where St. Agatha was will be used for a parking lot while the pharmacy building itself will be where the apartment buildings were.

Jonathan – find another topic to kill your time with. You keep adding aspects to your story like this one ….”where St. Agatha was will be the parking lot.” Leave it alone and walk somewhere else and take pictures. Building down, CVS on its way. Get over it. Trump!

Hey real ellwoodian. LAWRENCE county just received a grant to demolish more homes / buildings. Hope some deteriorating home isn’t going to upset you as well – you know childhood memories of jailbreak or hide and go seek. Hope you will be ok? But you probably won’t. Trump

Hope you watched last nights debate real ellwoodian/ Cruz. Again time to hang it up just like the old buildings.

Hey just seeing the land as a parking lot makes that area look better. Sat in rite aid parking lot and was like wow look how much better it looks already. Maybe you and Jonathan can meet each other there and hook up. Both seem lonely in all of this.

Live in Ellwood and own an excellent business. Going to be commenting and living here for years and years. Love it
